Our development team is responsible for identifying and analyzing new development opportunities and overseeing the development process from start to finish. We quickly define project goals, develop a comprehensive development plan, oversee the predevelopment process and the third party consultants, and shepherd the projects through the Planning, Environmental and permitting process. Currently, the bulk of the project in which the TA Group is involved are our own and inclusive of a affordable housing, luxury and market rate housing, hospitality and mixed use.
